Photo"painfully slow"shop CS4.
No idea where I was going with this. It's really hot here.
Can anyone tell me why this plays so fast?! It's 13 minutes @ 30fps on my machine and plays just fine til I upload it.

Is that a color wheel you have in PhotoShop? Can you tell us more about it?
Awesome painting. Quick question - what is that color picker you have open there in CS4? I've been trying to figure something like that out for forever!
Camtasia is a bit fiddly. Sometimes I set it to capture at 30 fps in a specific codec (Xvid) but it reverts automatically to the Camtasia codec in 15 fps or even lower, despite pressing the Apply button.
My version is quite old but it is worth checking that your finally output is at the chosen fps. I use KMPlayer most of the time and it is quite easy to find out the fps.
